He also called on the government to support the surveying profession by providing technology assistance, such as obtaining a base map of the whole Ekiti State, to aid in land administration and management. The Chairman of the Planning Committee of the Nigerian Institution of Surveyors (NIS) emphasized the importance of continuous professional development for surveyors to upgrade their skills and stay updated with emerging trends.

The government is also focusing on reorganizing the transportation and entrepreneurship sectors to address socio-economic challenges. The commissioner highlighted the need to establish alliances with community organizations and non-profits to support under-represented and marginalized entrepreneurs across the 17 local governments. The government's seven-point agenda aims to improve the business environment and ease of doing business on the Plateau. Small business owners are encouraged to form alliances and cooperatives to access government intervention more easily.
