Prized Learners Mentorship Club Students Experience Vibrant Cultural Exchange at China Cultural Centre

In a celebration of cultural diplomacy, the China Cultural Center in Nigeria hosted an enriching excursion on Sept 4 for students from Prized Learners Mentorship Club, Abuja. The event was designed to further enhance the strong relationship between Nigeria and China, showcasing the deep cultural and diplomatic ties between the two nations.

The day kicked off with the center’s staff welcoming the students from Prized Learners Mentorship Club. After a brief sign-in process, Ms. Edi-Ima delivered an engaging presentation about China, highlighting fascinating facts and exploring similarities between Chinese and Nigerian cultures. Her presentation set the stage for a day filled with cultural discovery and shared understanding.

Students then embarked on a tour of the Center's art gallery and calligraphy exhibition. The gallery, renowned for its impressive collection of both traditional and modern Chinese art, provided the students with an immersive glimpse into China’s artistic heritage.

Mr. Zakari led the students through a showcase of the center’s cutting-edge digital library. This modern resource, equipped with advanced technology and extensive materials, exemplifies China’s commitment to educational and cultural advancement.

The excitement continued as Mr. Shi introduced the students to traditional Chinese dance. The interactive session allowed students to learn and practice new dance steps, followed by a lively Q&A segment where students had the opportunity to win prizes for correctly answered questions.
