Fuqing Optimizes Industrial Land Policy

Allowed To Divide and Transfer Industrial Buildings in Plots and Units

Recently, Fuqing has optimized the industrial land policy, allowing the existing industrial land to be divided into plots and units to transfer industrial houses under the premise of meeting the conditions, promoting the reuse of existing land, making enterprise assets more flexible and industrial upgrading more efficient, and creating a better business environment for project landing and enterprise development.

This policy is applicable to the upgrading and reconstruction projects of existing industrial storage land that conform to the national spatial planning and are included in the implementation plan of inefficient land redevelopment within Fuqing; Or because of the change of market demand and the change of surrounding living environment, it will be upgraded from M2 to M1 industrial land project.

The whole upgrading and transformation method includes industrial land application for land capacity increase and industrial land application for divisible transfer of industrial land. Among them, the original industrial land was re-publicly sold as divisible industrial land by bidding, auction and hanging after storage, and it was allowed to divide and transfer industrial houses in accordance with regulations. Industrial land with a land area of less than 10 mu is not allowed to apply for division and transfer.

Peng Xuan, head of the Rights and Interests Utilization Section of Fuqing Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, said, “Through division and transfer, more small and medium-sized enterprises can be attracted to settle in, and enterprises can purchase and use these industrial buildings in plots and units according to their own needs, thus improving land use efficiency and economic benefits and further optimizing the business environment.”
