Fuzhou Port Shipped Photovoltaic Products for the First Time

Recently, the cargo ship “Yuanrui 188” loaded with a huge offshore photovoltaic platform slowly left Jiangyin Port Area of Fuzhou Port, which was the first time that Fuzhou Port shipped photovoltaic products.

The offshore photovoltaic platform shipped this time is produced by China Water Fourth Bureau (Fuqing) Energy Equipment Co., Ltd., with the specifications of 66 meters long, 34.8 meters wide and 14.9 meters high, and the weight of a single piece is 90 tons. The first batch of 48 offshore photovoltaic platforms with a total value of over RMB 450 million will be used for Ningde Fuding offshore photovoltaic power generation project.

In recent years, the demand for “new three items” of foreign trade such as new energy vehicles, lithium batteries and photovoltaic products is strong. In November last year, Fuqing Maritime Office established and operated the first frontier service station for ships carrying “new three items” goods in Jiangyin Port Area. Up to now, Jiangyin Port has secured 746 “new three items” ships, 11,000 new energy vehicles, 26,000 tons of lithium batteries and 120 tons of photovoltaic products, with a total cargo value exceeding RMB 100 million.

Recently, the COSCO shipping container ship “New Changshu”, loaded with 227 natural box tires, automobile glass and other auto parts, sailed from the container terminal in Jiangyin Port Area of Fuzhou Port to Southeast Asia. This is the first batch of auto parts in Jiangyin Port this year.

This time, the “New Changshu” berthed in Jiangyin Port Area, and completed the unloading of 240 natural containers with a weight of 1,203 tons, and the loading of 227 natural containers with a weight of 4,953 tons of tires, automobile glass and other auto parts. Fuqing border inspection station will check and judge the ship at the first time, simplify the process, and complete the pre-inspection procedures in advance to ensure that it is the turn of the port to unload the goods and leave the port after loading.
