国际商事争端预防与解决组织举行高端对话会

Beijing April 15, 2025 – The International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) held the ICDPASO High-Level Dialogue in Beijing. Distinguished guests, including REN Hongbin, Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), HUANG Wei, Deputy Director of the Legislative Affairs Commission of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, LI Mingzheng, Vice-Minister of the Ministry of Justice of the PRC, SUN Xinjun, Secretary of Beijing Dongcheng District Committee of the Communist Party of China, and ZHANG Yuejiao, Honorary Chairperson of ICDPASO, Former Chairman&Judge on the Appellate Body of the World Trade Organization, Michael Kuper, President of Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (ICDPASO Member) delivered speeches for the event. The event was chaired by YU Jianlong, Chairman of ICDPASO.Panelists engaged in in-depth exchanges and discussion on topics such as development of international commercial dispute prevention and settlement under the new era of globalization and topic of the risk management and full-chain legal services of international culture and entertainment industry.Relevant responsible persons from the Office of the Xiamen Leading Group for the Development of the MSRCLD, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Xiamen Committee, and the Xiamen Area Of China(Fujian) Pilot Free Trade Zone participated.

During the event, ICDPASO announced the inauguration of its new global headquarters. This event marks a new phase of development for the ICDPASO.

Since its establishment, ICDPASO has been dedicated to delivering comprehensive full-chain commercial legal services covering both dispute prevention and settlement.On September 7, 2022, the world's first representative office of the  ICDPASO was launched and came into operation in the MSRCLD. It assists enterprises in dealing with thorny issues such as the ascertainment of foreign laws, commercial certification process, cross-country risk in border trade and compliance management, and trademark infringement disputes. It provides a full chain of commercial legal services covering "pre-event prevention, in-event control, and post-event resolution" for enterprises in Xiamen City, Fujian Province, and the southeastern coastal areas regarding their international operations.
