总台央视记者：我们注意到，过去一年中国多地不断擦亮冰雪“名片”，冰雪运动、冰雪旅游热度持续攀升，赴冰雪之约成为国人“闹新春”的新选择，也吸引了越来越多外国游客。发言人对此有何评论？

CCTV: We noted that in the past year, ice and snow have become increasingly “hot” in multiple places in China. Ice sports and winter tourism are now more popular, becoming new options for Chinese people to spend the Spring Festival holiday and attracting more foreigners to visit China. What’s your comment on that?

郭嘉昆：去年年初，“尔滨”凭借冰雪魅力火爆出圈，相信大家都记忆犹新。一年多来，中国各地的冰雪运动、冰雪旅游等资源不断地被挖掘盘活，“冷资源”迸发出“热活力”。新疆、内蒙古等地发力用好冰雪优势，上海、广东等地也借势开辟室内雪场，云南、贵州等地更将民族风情、自然风光融入冰雪旅游，天南地北的冰雪消费持续火热。

Guo Jiakun: I bet you all remember that in early last year, the charm of ice and snow has made Harbin one of the top winter destinations. Over the past year and more, the dynamism of ice sports and winter tourism in many places in China has been tapped on and great vibrancy has been unleashed. Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia have leveraged their “ice and snow” advantages, Shanghai and Guangdong built indoor ski resorts, and Yunnan and Guizhou developed winter tourism that features ethnic culture and natural wonders. The ice and snow consumption keeps flourishing across the country.

“冰雪热”的背后，是“冰天雪地也是金山银山”理念的成功实践，也是中国经济蕴含强劲潜力的生动体现。数据显示，2023至2024年冰雪季中国冰雪休闲旅游人次达到4.3亿，预计2024至2025年冰雪季有望达到5.2亿，旅游收入将超过6300亿元。你提到赴冰雪之约吸引了越来越多外国游客，这也说明中国的“冰雪经济”也为全球旅游市场注入了新动能。

Behind the burgeoning ice and snow economy is the success of acting on the development philosophy of “ice and snow are invaluable assets” and speaks to the enormous potential of China’s economy. Data show that China recorded 430 million winter leisure visits in the 2023-2024 snow season. The number is expected to reach 520 million in the 2024-2025 snow season and the total tourism income is expected to exceed RMB 630 billion. As you mentioned, winter tourism attracted more and more foreign visitors, which shows that the ice and snow economy in China also injects new impetus to the global tourism market.

法新社记者：根据库克群岛总理办公室发布的消息，该国总理将于下周一访华，并同中方签署战略伙伴关系协议。新西兰方面此前曾公开就此表示不满。中方对此有何评论？能否介绍访问安排？

AFP: The Cook Islands Prime Minister will agree on a plan for a strategic partnership with China on a state visit starting Monday, his office has said, despite a public rebuke from New Zealand. Does China have comment on this and on the visit?

郭嘉昆：关于你提到的有关访问，我目前还没有可以发布的消息。

Guo Jiakun: On the visit you mentioned, I have nothing to share at the moment.

韩联社记者：据报道，韩国一些政府部门已屏蔽对DeepSeek的访问，之前意大利、澳大利亚、印度、美国、日本等国也传出禁止或限制使用DeepSeek的消息，一些企业也出现屏蔽DeepSeek访问的情况。中方如何看待上述动向？

Yonhap News Agency: It’s reported that some ROK government departments have blocked access to DeepSeek. Previously there has been news about banning or restricting the use of DeepSeek in countries such as Italy, Australia, India, the U.S. and Japan, and some companies also blocked access to DeepSeek. How does China see such moves?

郭嘉昆：我注意到有关情况。我想强调的是，中国政府高度重视并依法保护数据隐私和安全，从来没有也不会要求企业或个人以违法形式采集或存储数据。中方一贯反对泛化国家安全概念、将经贸科技问题政治化的做法。同时，中方也将坚定维护中国企业的合法权益。

Guo Jiakun: I’ve noted this. Let me stress that the Chinese government attaches great importance to data privacy and security and protects it in accordance with the law. We have never asked and will never ask any company or individual to collect or store data against laws. China has all along opposed moves to overstretch the concept of national security or politicize trade and tech issues. We will firmly protect the lawful rights and interests of Chinese companies.

《北京青年报》记者：今年春节期间中国电影市场非常火爆。我们注意到有外媒评论称，中国春节电影市场的繁荣显示出消费市场回暖，令人鼓舞，同时中国春节档影片在海外热映体现了中国文化软实力的提升。发言人有何评论？

Beijing Youth Daily: China’s movie market experienced a boom during this Spring Festival. We noted that foreign media commentators said that this phenomenal performance of China’s box office is an encouraging sign of consumption revival. Meanwhile, the success of Chinese movies overseas during the Spring Festival also reflects the improvement of China’s soft power. Do you have any comment on this?

郭嘉昆：春节看电影已经成为新年俗。蛇年春节的电影市场更是迎来“开门红”。数据显示，截至2月5日，春节档上映新片总票房突破100亿元人民币，观影人次达到1.87亿，再创历史新高。多部影片在海外同步上映，有的还登上了当地非英语影片票房榜首。春节票房的火爆反映出中国消费市场的旺盛活力，也彰显了中国经济强大的内生动力和广阔的发展前景。一部部走出国门的电影也成为中外交流的新桥梁和世界看中国的新窗口。我们欢迎各国游客用好来华免签和签证便利化政策，亲身走进中国，感受中华文化的独特魅力。

Guo Jiakun: Going to the cinema during the Spring Festival has become part of the holiday ritual, and the Year of the Snake kicked off with a movie market boom. Data show that by February 5, the total box-office revenue of new films released during the 2025 Spring Festival holiday season exceeded RMB 10 billion, with 187 million moviegoers packing theaters, setting new highs in both box office earnings and audience turnout. A slew of Chinese movies premiered simultaneously overseas, some of which reigned as the top-grossing non-English language film at the local box office. The box office boom during the Spring Festival reflects the vibrancy of China’s consumption market and displays the strong endogenous driving force and broad prospect of China’s economy. In the meantime, Chinese movies screened abroad have also become a bridge for exchanges and a window into China for the world. We welcome foreign tourists to make good use of China’s visa-free and other facilitation policy, visit China and get a unique experience of Chinese culture.

《环球时报》记者：近来少数自媒体发布所谓柬埔寨领导人在中美之间选边站队、中柬大项目合作受阻等不实言论，请问发言人对此有何评价？

Global Times: A handful of we-media accounts recently posted groundless remarks that Cambodian leaders are choosing sides between China and the U.S. and that major cooperation projects between China and Cambodia are stalling. What’s your comment?

郭嘉昆：上述涉柬言论完全是无端的造谣攻击和恶意中伤。

Guo Jiakun: These remarks on Cambodia are purely groundless smears and deliberate vilification.

中国和柬埔寨是守望相助、患难与共的铁杆朋友，中柬传统友谊由两国老一辈领导人亲自缔造，历经风云变幻考验，符合两国和两国人民的根本利益，具有强大生命力和广阔发展前景，是任何力量都动摇和破坏不了的。中国和柬埔寨都视对方为最可信赖的朋友和最可依靠的伙伴，始终坚定支持彼此核心利益，这是中柬关系最鲜明的特点，也是中柬友谊历久弥坚的基础。

China and Cambodia are iron-clad friends supporting each other and sharing weal and woe. This time-honored friendship was cultivated by the older generation of leaders of both countries, and has stood the test of the changing international landscape. It serves the fundamental interests of both countries and peoples, has strong vibrancy and promising prospects of development, and can never be weakened or undermined by any force. China and Cambodia see each other as the most trustworthy friend and the most reliable partner, and always firmly support each other’s core interests. This is the defining feature of China-Cambodia relations and also serves as the foundation of the time-tested friendship between the two countries.

中柬命运共同体建设给两国人民带来了实实在在的益处，中国连续多年是柬埔寨最大外资来源国和最大贸易伙伴，过去十年双边贸易额增长近四倍。柬埔寨领导人多次公开强调，中国是柬埔寨最信任的朋友，对华友好是柬埔寨政府、政党和人民坚定的政治共识。

The endeavor of building a China-Cambodia community with a shared future has delivered tangibly for the two peoples. China has remained Cambodia’s biggest source of foreign investment and biggest trading partner for years running. Bilateral trade soared by nearly four times in the past decade. Cambodian leaders openly stressed more than once that China is Cambodia’s most trusted friend, and friendship with China is a firm political consensus within the Cambodian government and political party and among the Cambodian people.

当前，中国和柬埔寨正在以中柬高水平互信引领双边关系高质量发展，不断充实中柬“钻石六边”合作架构，制定“工业发展走廊”和“鱼米走廊”合作规划，推动重点合作项目落地见效，助力两国各自现代化进程，更好地造福两国人民，为应对国际和地区挑战注入更多稳定性和确定性。

At present, China and Cambodia are guiding the high-quality development of bilateral relations with high-level mutual trust, continue to enrich the “Diamond Hexagon” cooperation framework, formulate cooperation plans for the Industrial Development Corridor and the “Fish and Rice Corridor,” advance the implementation of priority cooperation projects, boost each other’s modernization process, deliver more tangibly for the two peoples and provide more stability and certainty for the effort to address international and regional challenges.

我们坚信，中柬铁杆友谊不会受到任何干扰。我们也不会允许任何人恶意中伤中柬友好。任何造谣行径都将承担法律责任和后果。

We firmly believe that the iron-clad friendship between China and Cambodia will steer clear of disruptions. We will not allow any deliberate vilification against our friendship and any rumor-monger shall bear legal responsibility and consequences.

东方卫视记者：在美国总统特朗普提出希望“清空”并接管加沙后，国际社会普遍表示反对。请问中方对此有何评论？

Dragon TV: There has been extensive opposition from the international community to U.S. President Trump’s proposal to “clear out” and take over Gaza. What is China’s comment?

郭嘉昆：加沙是巴勒斯坦人的加沙，是巴勒斯坦领土不可分割的一部分，不是政治交易的筹码，更不能成为弱肉强食的对象。加沙已经饱受战火摧残，满目疮痍，哀鸿遍野，国际社会特别是大国应携手为加沙人道援助和重建雪中送炭，而不是雪上加霜。中方坚定支持巴勒斯坦人民的民族合法权利，始终认为“巴人治巴”是加沙战后治理必须坚持的重要原则，反对针对加沙民众的强制迁移。中方愿与国际社会一道努力，以“两国方案”为根本出路，推动巴勒斯坦问题早日得到公正的政治解决，即建立以1967年边界为基础、以东耶路撒冷为首都、享有完全主权的独立的巴勒斯坦国。

Guo Jiakun: Gaza belongs to the Palestinian people. It is an inalienable part of the territory of Palestine, not a bargaining chip for political games, still less a prey of the strong. The war has already left Gaza in devastation and suffering. The international community, major countries in particular, should join hands to make Gaza better, rather than worse, by providing humanitarian assistance and helping with its reconstruction. China firmly supports the legitimate national rights of the Palestinian people, believes that “the Palestinians governing Palestine” is an important principle that must be upheld in the post-conflict governance of Gaza, and opposes the forced displacement of the people of Gaza. China stands ready to work with the rest of the world for the realization of the two-State solution as the fundamental way forward, and for an early, just political settlement of the Palestinian question, namely, the establishment of an independent State of Palestine that enjoys full sovereignty based on the 1967 border and with east Jerusalem as its capital. 

法新社记者：美方周三表示，美政府船只可在巴拿马运河免费航行。这是特朗普总统施压的结果。但运河管理部门随即否认称，并未同美方就此达成一致。中方对此有何评论？

AFP: The U.S. said on Wednesday that its government vessels would sail for free through the Panama Canal following heavy pressure from President Donald Trump. But authorities at the waterway have swiftly issued a denial and said that no agreement had been reached. Does China have a comment on this?

郭嘉昆：关于巴拿马运河的问题，中方多次阐述了我们的立场。中方一贯尊重巴拿马对运河的主权，承认运河作为永久中立国际水道的地位。中方尊重巴拿马政府对运河的管理运营，从不插手运河事务。

Guo Jiakun: On the Panama Canal issue, China made clear its position more than once. China, as always, respects Panama’s sovereignty over the Canal and recognizes it as a permanently neutral international waterway. We respect the government of Panama’s management and operation of the Canal. Never ever has China interfered. 

法国《世界报》记者：美国新任总统特朗普就加沙、格陵兰岛、巴拿马运河等不断发表有争议的言论，发言人是否认为这是中国扩大影响力的契机？

Le Monde: The new American President is making more and more controversial statements about Gaza, about Greenland, and about the Panama Canal. Do you think that’s an opportunity for China to develop its influence?

郭嘉昆：关于美国相关政策，中方不作评论。中国始终坚持以《联合国宪章》的宗旨和原则发展与其他国家的关系，也积极为全球的和平与发展作出自身的贡献。

Guo Jiakun: China will not comment on relevant U.S. policies. China, as always, develops its relations with other countries in accordance with the purposes and principles of the U.N. Charter. We also stand ready to contribute to world peace and development.

彭博社记者：蒙古政府表示计划扩大与中国的铁路连接，以促进两国之间的煤炭贸易，该协议将在蒙古总理于2月13日至15日访问中国时敲定。中方能否证实此次访问？此访期间会否敲定协议？

Bloomberg: Mongolia’s government is saying it plans to expand a railway connection with China to boost coal trade between the countries, and the deal will be finalized when the Mongolian Prime Minister visits China from February 13 to 15. Can the Foreign Ministry confirm the visit and whether the coal deal will be part of the agenda?

郭嘉昆：中国和蒙古是山水相连的友好邻邦。两国在各层级保持密切交往，双方一直致力于加强互联互通，深化各领域互利合作。关于你提到的具体高层交往安排和合作事宜，如有相关消息我们会及时发布，请你关注。

Guo Jiakun: China and Mongolia are friendly neighbors connected by mountains and rivers. The two countries maintain close exchanges at various levels, and both sides are committed to enhancing connectivity and deepening mutually beneficial cooperation in various fields. As for the specific high-level exchange arrangement and cooperation you mentioned, we will release timely information if anything comes up. Please check back for updates.

法新社记者：《南华早报》今日报道，中国前驻法大使卢沙野去年12月离任后已被任命为中国政府欧洲事务特别代表。外交部能否证实相关消息？

AFP: The South China Morning Post said in a report today that Lu Shaye, the former Chinese Ambassador to France who left the country in December, has been appointed as Beijing’s Special Representative for European affairs. Can the Foreign Ministry confirm this appointment and if he did leave France in December?

郭嘉昆：中国政府已经任命卢沙野大使接替吴红波大使担任中国政府欧洲事务特别代表。卢沙野特别代表将协助协调、处理涉欧事务，并根据需要同欧洲国家及欧盟机构开展磋商、交流等工作。

Guo Jiakun: The Chinese government has appointed Ambassador Lu Shaye as the Special Representative of the Chinese government for European Affairs, replacing Ambassador Wu Hongbo. Special Representative Lu Shaye will assist in coordinating and handling European affairs, and conduct consultations and exchanges with European countries and EU institutions as needed. 

卢沙野特别代表是资深外交官，熟悉欧洲情况。相信他会积极履职，根据中国政府指示和需要协助同欧方开展沟通协调，促进对话合作，为中欧关系稳定健康发展作出应有贡献。

Special Representative Lu Shaye is a seasoned diplomat familiar with the situation in Europe. We believe he will actively fulfill his duties, assist in communication and coordination with the European side according to the instructions and needs of the Chinese government, promote dialogue and cooperation, and make due contributions to the steady and sound development of China-Europe relations.
