癸卯新春，国际书画艺术家联合会推出网络书画特展，适逢盛世，恰当吉时。本展既为联合会献礼全球华人新春之贺礼，更为传播中华优秀传统文化，弘扬中国书画艺术精神之实践举措。
联合会成立以来，高擎中国文化纛旗，弘扬东方书画精神，飏新风于全球，耀人文于时代，初心不忘，旨意祺祥。历经数十载跋涉，遂成今日名家云集、星宿辉灿之宏阔气象。得襄本次网展，全赖师友同仁矢志从艺，戮力同行之功也。
吾以为，沿袭中国文化自信、承继书画艺术源流，彰显融合创新特色，讴歌时代艺术成果，是本展之初心愿景。
观夫本展，笔歌墨舞，名家云集。上承大疫销蚀之天时，下得九州荟萃之地利，中聚各界鼎力之人和。所展百余幅精品，皆为砺心精粹之作。尺幅之间恣意跌宕，变化万千。或融艺于理，或寄志于情，或洒脱求新，或循蹈古意，或华滋雄健，或捭阖无拘。涵养艺术风、颂扬中国梦、讴歌新时代，表达师友弘道尚艺之高迈情怀。本展必为助力中国书画艺术发展，弘扬中华优秀传统文化呈现应有之义。

——Preface to the special exhibition of online calligraphy and painting in Guimao New Year of the International Federation of Calligraphy and Painting Artists
In the new year of Guimao, the International Federation of Calligraphy and Painting Artists launched a special exhibition of online calligraphy and painting, which is at a good time. This exhibition is not only a gift to the Federation for the Chinese New Year, but also a practical measure to spread the excellent traditional Chinese culture and promote the spirit of Chinese painting and calligraphy.
Since the founding of the Federation, it has held high the banner of Chinese culture, carried forward the spirit of oriental painting and calligraphy, carried forward the new trend in the world, and glorified the humanities in the era. It has never forgotten its original intention and its purpose. After decades of trekking, it has become a grand scene of today's celebrities gathering and stars shining. The success of this online exhibition depends on the dedication of teachers, friends and colleagues.
I believe that following the confidence of Chinese culture, inheriting the origin of calligraphy and painting, highlighting the characteristics of integration and innovation, and eulogizing the artistic achievements of the times are the original vision of this exhibition.
The exhibition is full of famous artists. On the day of the extinction of the epidemic, we got the geographical advantages of Kyushu, and gathered the best people from all walks of life. More than 100 pieces of fine works were exhibited, all of which are the essence of heart sharpening. The scale of the ruler fluctuates freely and changes a lot. Either combine art with reason, or set your mind on emotion, or be free and easy to seek new, or follow the ancient ideas, or be vigorous, or play freely. Cultivate the artistic style, eulogize the Chinese dream, eulogize the new era, and express the lofty feelings of teachers and friends in advocating art. This exhibition will help the development of Chinese calligraphy and painting art and promote the excellent traditional Chinese culture.
Soup has a long history, and art is connected with all over the world; It is a vast new wind of national fortune, and promotes morality. At the opening of this exhibition, I sincerely hope that the teachers and colleagues of the Federation will take more responsibility in the Guimao New Year, carry forward the essence, bring forth the new through the old, unite as one, and work hard to create and carry forward the new blueprints of Chinese calligraphy and painting art, and make further progress and harvest in creation, so as to make new contributions to promote the creation of Chinese calligraphy and painting art.

中国画，人物、花鸟、山水、书法、油画皆精。曾获世界和平奖（联合国教科文组织发布）。2020年6月4日，石齐以2019年度公开拍卖市场作品总成交额2,988万元人民币名列《2020胡润中国艺术榜》第23位。
Shiqi is from Fuqing, Fujian Province. Professional painter, director and professor of figure painting of Beijing Academy of Painting, national first-class artist, member of China Artists Association, director of Beijing Artists Association, researcher of China National Academy of Painting, member of the Art Committee of Beijing Yanhuang Art Museum, member of Beijing Municipal Senior Professional Title Review Committee, and president of Beijing Shiqi Painting Academy. Chinese painting, figures, flowers and birds, landscapes, calligraphy and oil painting are all excellent. He was awarded the World Peace Prize (issued by UNESCO). On June 4, 2020, Shi Qi ranked 23rd in the Hurun China Art List 2020 with a total turnover of 29.88 million yuan in 2019.

岳兴林 YUE XINGLIN (中国安徽)，自署“惠风堂主”、“天子渔夫”，研究生学历，供职于中国科学技术大学。9岁起学习书法，由唐楷转魏碑，后专攻二王及米芾行草书，得长足进步，获各种奖项数十次。通晓音乐、舞蹈、力学等知识，并能将其融入书法艺术，提升了作品的内涵。近年来，作品开始受到艺术届关注，并被一些单位和个人收藏，部分作品作为礼品赠送海外友人。2012年11月在合肥成功举办个人作品展。现为国际书画艺术家联合会副会长、安徽省高等学校书法家协会副主席、安徽历史文化研究中心专家委员、中国科学技术大学教职工书画协会副主席等。
Yue Xinglin YUE XINGLIN (Anhui Province, China), who has self-signed "Huifeng Hall Leader" and "Tianzi Fisherman", holds a postgraduate degree and works at the University of Science and Technology of China. From the age of 9, he studied calligraphy, changed from Tang Kai to Weibei, and then specialized in cursive calligraphy of the Second King and Mi Fu. He made great progress and won dozens of awards. Be familiar with music, dance, mechanics and other knowledge, and be able to integrate them into the art of calligraphy, improving the connotation of the work. 刘红权（ 江上)，一九六八年出生于武汉，中国美术家协会会员、一级美术师，武汉书法家协会会员，中华人民共和国文化和旅游部授予的人民艺术家。现为中国石齐艺术研究会会员，归元寺书画院专职画师，江上书画社社长。早期师从国家一级美术师江海河先生学习山水、书法，后又随禅意大画师聚一先生主攻人物、花鸟。二十余年，画山水、人物、花鸟。
Liu Hongquan (Jiang Shang), born in Wuhan in 1968, is a member of the China Artists Association, a first-class artist, a member of the Wuhan Calligraphers Association, and a people's artist awarded by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People's Republic of China. He is now a member of the China Shiqi Art Research Association, a full-time painter of the Guiyuan Temple Painting and Calligraphy Academy, and the president of the Jiangshang Painting and Calligraphy Society. In the early stage, he studied landscape and calligraphy from Mr. Jiang Haihe, a national first-class artist, and then gathered with Mr. Juyi, a Zen painter, to focus on figures, flowers and birds. Wong Yuen Yuen, graduated from the Chinese Department of Xiamen University, is a diversified and professional artist. Yueyang was born in Hankou, settled in Hong Kong in 1980, immigrated to Vancouver in 1992, and now lives in Guangdong Bay Area. The former baritone of the Hong Kong Opera House is currently the chairman of the International Youth Art Education Association, the vice chairman of the Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay Area Literature and Art Union, the cellist and resident conductor of the Hong Kong Festival Chamber Orchestra, and the president of the Shenzhen Lake View Calligraphy and Painting Society.

马凤光，现为中国书协会员、安徽新昊诗书画院副院长、淮南市书协艺术顾问、凤台县书协主席。学书从颜楷入手，研习历代名家犹对二王、苏黄米赵、王铎等以及魏碑经典功夫较多。作品曾入中国书协“邓石如奖全国书法作品展”、“全国第三届行草书展”等。数十幅作品在《中国书法》、《书法报》、《书法导报》、《中国书画报》、《书画世界》、《中国收藏》等专业报刊发表。曾随时任中书协主席沈鹏、中美协主席靳尚谊、中书协副主席刘艺率领的中国内地书画艺术交流团赴澳门特区和泰国开展艺术交流。
