三年来，我们经历痛苦与无奈，在煎熬中不断与新冠不懈斗争，我们没有懈怠，没有彷徨，而是同舟共济、众志成城，不断积蓄力量，总结经验，怀着憧憬，用坚韧和执着迎来了一个又一个希望的明天，走进了2023年。
新的一年，新的开端，新的希望，新的收获。为了传承中华书画与国际艺术的繁荣与发展，在2023年辞旧迎新之际，隆重推出【国际书画艺术家联合会中国--马来西亚（三地一区）迎新春学术邀请展暨VR新媒体联展（中国画类）】，此次展览邀请了24位来自中国（香港、安徽、福建）和马来西亚的画家朋友们，共展出了48幅作品，他们用饱蘸激情的画笔描绘心中的春天，寄托我们对新年的美好祝愿，也是吹响新年的集结号并以此为新起点，不断开拓进取，锐意创新，创作更多更精彩的作品。

中国画，人物、花鸟、山水、书法、油画皆精。曾获世界和平奖（联合国教科文组织发布）。2020年6月4日，石齐以2019年度公开拍卖市场作品总成交额2,988万元人民币名列《2020胡润中国艺术榜》第23位。
Shiqi is from Fuqing, Fujian Province. Professional painter, director and professor of figure painting of Beijing Academy of Painting, national first-class artist, member of China Artists Association, director of Beijing Artists Association, researcher of China National Academy of Painting, member of the Art Committee of Beijing Yanhuang Art Museum, member of Beijing Municipal Senior Professional Title Review Committee, and president of Beijing Shiqi Painting Academy. Chinese painting, figures, flowers and birds, landscapes, calligraphy and oil painting are all excellent. He was awarded the World Peace Prize (issued by UNESCO). On June 4, 2020, Shi Qi ranked 23rd in the Hurun China Art List 2020 with a total turnover of 29.88 million yuan in 2019.

陈沫（陈秋芳），祖籍福建霞浦，先后就读于中国美术学院、北京画院、清华大学美术学院、北学艺术学院。2018年旅美生活在纽约曼哈顿，现居中国最美滩涂霞浦。现为ICPAA国际书画艺术家联合会副会长、福建分会会长、美国中国美术家协会副主席，首届国际高端签约画家、北京石齐画院特聘画家，中关村画院艺委会委员、世界收藏联合会理事，中国东欧文化艺术交流编委会委员、中国美术家协会福建分会会员，[为爱走天涯WAZTY]创始人、艺术顾问。近年来，以《为爱走天涯--陈沫作品展》为主题的全球巡展开启了陈沫艺术与国际艺术交流的新篇章，并在全球多个城市留下了展览、交流和写生釆风的足迹，荣获中美文化艺术交流大使称号和国际杰出女画家奖，作品被国内外美术及政府机构和私人珍藏。
Chen Mo (Chen Qiufang), whose ancestral home is Xiapu, Fujian Province, has successively studied at the China Academy of Fine Arts, the Beijing Academy of Painting, the Academy of Fine Arts of Tsinghua University, and the Academy of Art of Beixue. In 2018, he lived in Manhattan, New York, and now lives in Xiapu, the most beautiful beach in China. Now he is the vice president of the ICPAA International Calligraphy and Painting Artists Association, the president of the Fujian Branch, the vice president of the American Chinese Artists Association, the first international high-end contracted painter, the special painter of the Beijing Shiqi Painting Academy, the member of the art committee of the Zhongguancun Painting Academy, the director of the World Collection Federation, the member of the editorial board of the cultural and artistic exchanges in Eastern Europe and China, the member of the Fujian branch of the Chinese Artists Association, and the founder and art consultant of [For Love to Go Away WAZTY]. Zang Wenwen (Anhui, China), the owner of the Jiuding House with the name of Zezhi and the name of Jiuding House, is from Hefei, Anhui Province. Vice President of Anhui Branch of the International Calligraphy and Painting Artists Federation, member of Anhui Calligraphers Association, and director of Anhui Young Calligraphers Association. 黄翔，1956年4月生于福建霞浦，1980年底毕业于福建工艺美术学校（现为福州大学厦门工艺美术学院），1988年毕业于厦门大学法律系。现任ICPAA国际书画艺术家联合会福建分会名誉会长(兼艺术顾问)，福建省美术家协会会员，中国盆景艺术家协会会员，霞浦县美术家协会主席，闽东画院特聘画师，擅长国画山水兼其他，作品发表于诸多报刊，盆景作品荣获全国、省盆景展，金、银奖多项，并先后著有《图解树木盆景制作与养护》（一），《树木盆景制作与养护图解》（二），被评为华东区图书类评比二等奖，先后被授予福建省“盆景艺术大师”，“中国杰出盆景艺术家”的荣誉称号。

邹光平，1957年出生于福建厦门市，籍贯：山东省威海市人。82年毕业于山东师范大学美术学院油画专业。96—98年于俄罗斯新西伯利亚国立师范大学造型艺术系研修。现任山东师范大学美术学院综合绘画工作室负责人、教授、硕士研究生导师。山东师范大学综合材料绘画研究所所长，中国美术家协会会员，中国建筑家协会会员、壁画艺术委员会委员，山东美术家协会会员、实验艺术委员会副主任、综合绘画材料艺术委员会委员，ICPAA国际书画艺术家联合会福建分会艺术顾问。

Zou Guangping was born in 1957 in Xiamen, Fujian Province. His native place is Weihai, Shandong Province. In 1982, he graduated from the School of Fine Arts of Shandong Normal University, majoring in oil painting. From 1996 to 1998, he studied in the Department of Plastic Arts of Novosibirsk National Normal University in Russia.
He is now the director, professor and master's supervisor of the comprehensive painting studio of the Academy of Fine Arts of Shandong Normal University. He is the director of the Comprehensive Materials Painting Research Institute of Shandong Normal University, a member of the Chinese Artists Association, a member of the Chinese Architects Association, a member of the Mural Art Committee, a member of the Shandong Artists Association, a deputy director of the Experimental Art Committee, a member of the Comprehensive Painting Materials Art Committee, and an art consultant of the Fujian Branch of the International Federation of Calligraphy and Painting Artists.
