Fuqing Nanling Damu Mountain Strop Project Officially Opened

Damu Mountain strop project, located in Nanling Town, Fuqing, was officially opened to the public recently. With its unique natural scenery and breathtaking experience, this project across alpine grassland has quickly become a new place, attracting many tourists to “fly” across grassland.

The strop in Nanling is located between two peaks of Damu Mountain grassland, with a total length of about 150 meters, a height drop of about 10 meters and an average speed of 8.3 meters per second. The project is divided into adult line and children line to meet the needs of different tourists.

At present, the strop is only open on weekends and holidays. Under the guidance of professional coaches, tourists can start high-altitude adventures after wearing safety equipment and understanding safety instructions. Feet in air, overlooking the valley, the wind whistling in ears, and the green grassland and leisurely cattle in Damu Mountain form a panoramic view. Freedom and excitement are intertwined, which makes heart beat faster.

It is reported that in order to give consideration to the protection of natural ecology and the improvement of tourism experience, Nanling Town has carefully built a strop project on the basis of protecting the natural grassland of Damu Mountain. The relevant person in charge of Nanling Town said that in the future, popular projects such as grass skiing, sharing drones, sharing exoskeletons and swings will be introduced one after another to further enrich tourists’ play choices and meet the individual needs of different groups of people.
