卢旺达商贸推介路演活动在中国多地举行

Rwanda Promotion Roadshow Held in Key Chinese Cities

11月8日至11日，卢旺达发展委员会（RDB）与卢旺达驻华大使馆合作，在上海、郑州和广州三地主办了路演推介活动，以宣传卢旺达的投资机遇、“卢旺达制造”产品和旅游景点。

From November 8th to 11th, 2024, the Rwanda Development Board (RDB), in collaboration with the Embassy of Rwanda in China, organized a roadshow to promote Rwanda’s investment opportunities, "Made in Rwanda" products, and tourist attractions in the cities of Shanghai, Zhengzhou, and Guangzhou.

本次路演由中非工业合作发展论坛承办，吸引了来自轻工制造业、房地产、信息通信技术、农业和旅游业等领域的500多名中国企业家。

Organized in partnership with the China-Africa Industrial Cooperation and Development Forum (CAIF) the roadshow attracted over 500 Chinese entrepreneurs from various sectors, including light manufacturing, real estate, ICT, agriculture, and tourism.

卢旺达驻华大使詹姆斯·基莫尼奥阁下强调，两国之间的牢固联系为贸易投资和经济伙伴关系的发展做出了贡献。

Ambassador James Kimonyo, praised the excellent relations between Rwanda and China, emphasizing the growing economic partnership reflected in the increasing trade volumes and investments between the two nations.

卢旺达发展委员会副首席执行官Juliana Muganza Kangeli女士对大使的观点表示认同，并强调了卢旺达-中国贸易合作取得的里程碑式的成就。

Echoing these sentiments, Ms. Juliana Muganza Kangeli, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Rwanda Development Board, highlighted the milestones achieved in Rwanda-China trade cooperation.

她说道：“这次路演恰逢其时，我们与中国的贸易关系达到了新的高度，并将继续增长。”“中国一直是我们的主要贸易伙伴和外国直接投资（FDI）的主要来源。我们的目标是在这个坚实的基础上吸引更多的投资，并促进与中国的贸易。”

“This roadshow comes at the right moment when our trade relations with China have reached new heights and continue to grow,” she stated. “China has been our main trading partner and a leading source of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). Our goal is to attract even more investments and promote trade with China to build on this strong foundation.”

Muganza女士还强调了卢旺达对友好营商环境的改革，她说道：“在卢旺达创业不需要亲自到卢旺达——人们可以在不到六个小时的时间里在网上注册一家公司。”并强调了卢旺达的政府效率和对营造有利营商环境的承诺。

Ms. Muganza also emphasized Rwanda's business-friendly reforms, stating, “Starting a business in Rwanda doesn’t require physical presence—you can establish a company online in less than six hours,” underscoring the country’s efficiency and commitment to fostering a conducive business environment.

中非工业合作发展论坛秘书长程志刚先生高度评价了卢旺达的营商环境。

Mr. Cheng Zhigang, Secretary-General of the China-Africa Industrial Cooperation and Development Forum (CAIF), lauded Rwanda’s business environment.

程秘书长说道：“耳听为虚 眼见为实，今年5月份我刚刚到访过卢旺达，亲身感受到了卢旺达营商环境和居住环境都比较好。卢旺达是一个美丽的国家，有一个高效的政府。卢旺达治安良好，是宜居和工作之地，我强烈鼓励大家去卢旺达看看。”

“I visited Rwanda in May this year and saw firsthand how excellent its business climate and living conditions are,” he said. “Rwanda is a beautiful country with an efficient government. It’s a safe place to live and work, and I strongly encourage everyone to visit and experience it for themselves.”

本次路演还包括卢旺达大使馆与中非工业合作发展论坛签署战略合作备忘录，以进一步促进卢旺达与中国的经济合作。

The roadshow also featured the signing of a Memorandum for Strategic Cooperation between the Embassy of Rwanda and the China-Africa Industrial Forum aiming to further promote economic cooperation between Rwanda and China.
