The Sixth International Mountain Bike Tournament in China Ningde Jiaocheng Huotongxi in 2019 was Held，almost 1000 Cyclists Racing

The Sixth International Mountain Bike Tournament in China Ningde Jiaocheng Huotongxi in 2019 was held in early December in Huotong Town of Ningde City, sponsored by Jiaocheng District People's Government, Jiaocheng District Bureau of Culture and Tourism and other related organizations. The tournament received about 1000 cyclists from China, Russia, New Zealand, Kenya. They cycled and raced on the track along picturesque Huotong Stream. The track ran 40 km, starting from Huotong Tourist Center and going through flat provincial road in villages and mountain path in tea gardens. Mr. Li Daihou won the champion of professional male group; Ms. He Chong the female champion.

The cycling event made Huotong and Ningde known widely and they will attract more tourists. Besides Huotong, Ningde boasts other towns and villages that developed their rural tourism. For example, Chixi villages, tucked away in moutains, offers its agritourism -- fruit picking, angling and farming.
