Max Gold, a graduate of the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London, is a multi-talented artist excelling as an actor, playwright, and director. A former member of the Royal Shakespeare Company, he starred in the hit BBC series Call the Midwife and has staged Shakespearean classics in Hong Kong. His artistic footprint extends across international theater and screen productions, having directed child actors for Marvel's Thor: The Dark World and served as Tai Chi consultant for Kenneth Branagh's As You Like It. He recently appeared in Oscar-winning director Steve McQueen's war epic Blitz.

A pioneer in drama education, Gold founded the Brixton Youth Theatre and co-established Little Panda Theatre Company, serving as co-artistic director. During his tenure as Associate Artistic Director at the Lyric Theatre Hammersmith, he adapted the Chinese literary classic Journey to the West into a youth theater production. His creative practice is rooted in multicultural perspectives, encompassing leadership in transnational film and TV projects and innovation in stagecraft. This cross-disciplinary approach has established him as a unique visionary bridging performing arts and theater education.

马克斯·戈尔德，毕业于伦敦皇家中央演讲与戏剧学院，身兼演员、编剧、导演三重身份。作为皇家莎士比亚剧团前成员，他主演过BBC热播剧《呼叫助产士》，并在香港舞台呈现莎翁经典。其艺术足迹横跨国际舞台与影视制作，既执导漫威《雷神2：黑暗世界》儿童演员，又为肯尼思·布拉纳执导的《皆大欢喜》担任太极指导，近期参演奥斯卡导演史蒂夫·麦奎因的战争史诗《雷霆战警》。

作为戏剧教育先锋，他创建伦敦布里克斯顿青年剧团与小熊猫戏剧社，担任联合艺术总监。在汉默史密斯抒情剧院任艺术副总监期间，将中国《西游记》改编为青年剧场作品。其创作始终贯穿多元文化视角，既主导跨国影视拍摄，又深耕舞台剧创新，在表演艺术与戏剧教育领域形成独树一帜的跨界实践体系。

施晓瑜，女，现居英国伦敦，现任英中国际女性联合会会长、中英民族文化交流协会会长、Orchid Blossom Arts（傲兰百盛艺术公司）创始人兼董事长、英国小熊猫中文暨戏剧学校联席校长、布里斯顿青年剧院艺术指导，兼任云南海外联谊会理事，以及英国文化教育委员会中国教师交流项目伦敦培训部成员。

自2014年以来，她长期致力于推动中英文化交流，先后策划三十余场大型活动，包括青少年节、戏剧演出及文化庆典，累计吸引上万名观众。代表项目包括《杨丽萍·West End》《梁祝》，以及与奥斯卡获奖设计师叶锦添合作，在牛津大学、剑桥大学和伦敦南岸中心举办东方美学讲座和中西文化艺术展。

她还主导了《封神榜》伦敦首映、“龙跃英伦”音乐之夜、“云南电影节”等活动。她积极参与侨务事务，包括列席中国人民政治协商会议、参与“寻根之旅”夏令营及接待中英文化交流团体，广受中国驻英大使馆与英国机构的高度评价。

Shi Xiaoyu (Female), currently residing in London, UK, is President of the UK-China International Women’s Association and the China UK Culture Exchange Association, Founder & Chairwoman of Orchid Blossom Arts (OBA), Co-Principal of the UK Little Panda Chinese & Drama School, Artistic Director of Brixton Youth Theatre, Council Member of the Yunnan Overseas Friendship Association, and Member of the London Training Division of the British Council’s Chinese Teacher Exchange Program.

Since 2014, she has been a dedicated advocate for Sino-British cultural exchange, having organized over 30 major events including youth festivals, stage productions, and cultural celebrations, reaching tens of thousands of participants. Her signature projects include Yang Liping in the West End, The Butterfly Lovers, and collaborations with Oscar-winning designer Tim Yip on aesthetic lectures and cross-cultural exhibitions at Oxford, Cambridge, and London’s Southbank Centre.

She has also led initiatives such as the London premiere of Creation of the Gods, Dragons on the Thames music night, and the Yunnan Film Festival. Actively engaged in overseas Chinese affairs, she has participated in CPPCC sessions, “Root-Seeking” summer camps, and a variety of cultural exchange receptions, earning recognition from both the Chinese Embassy in the UK and British institutions.

李清照是中国历史上最著名的女词人，生于宋朝。18岁那年，李清照嫁给了太学生赵明诚。

赵明诚是位翩翩公子，聪明好学，知识极为渊博，酷爱书画，尤其擅长金石鉴赏。二人门当户对，意趣相投，时常诗词唱和，共同研究金石书画，有着说不尽的喜悦。

“卖花担上，买得一枝春欲放。泪染轻匀，犹带彤霞晓露痕。怕郎猜道，奴面不如花面好。云鬓斜簪，徒要教郎比并看。”这首李清照写的词透露出了婚后的幸福和内心的甜蜜。

在家中，夫妻二人灯前对坐，说说笑笑，摩挲展观，充满浪漫与温馨。闲暇之时，他们赏花赋诗，倾心而谈，有时还会玩些智力游戏。

他们斟上香茶，随意说出某个典故，猜它出自哪本书的第几卷、第几页、第几行。猜中者饮茶，不中者不得饮。每次比赛，李清照总是赢。当赵明诚抽书查证时，李清照已满怀自信地举杯在手，开怀大笑，笑得茶水溅出了怀子。二人十分幸福，被后人称为琴瑟和鸣。

琴瑟和鸣比喻夫妇感情深厚。最早见于《诗 ·小雅·棠棣》：“妻子好合，如鼓琴瑟。”

Hello everyone, this is We Radio idiom talk show. I am Max Gold. The story that I am going to tell you today is entitled: As harmonious as a lute and psaltery together.

Madame Li Qingzhao was the most famous poetess in the history of China, born in the Song Dynasty. At the age of 18, she was  married to Zhao Mingcheng, a graduate from the top imperial academy. 

Zhao Mingcheng was a brilliant young man born into a wealthy family. Being a bright and avid learner, he was profoundly knowledgeable. He had a deep love for books and paintings, and was particularly good at studying artefacts like bronze ware and seal cutting. The couple were both from rich families and had hobbies and interests in common. They often sang and recited poetry and studied paintings and calligraphy together. Their happiness was beyond description.

One of the poems written by Li Qingzhao reads: "From the basket of a flower seller, a budding flower was purchased; on the colour of the flower, beautiful marks from the morning dew remain; in case my better half is guessing, whether the flower is prettier than my face; I put it close to my temple, so the comparison will show him the truth." This poem reveals the happiness of her marriage and the sweet feelings in her heart.

At home, the couple sat in front of the lamp, laughing and talking, holding each other and watching, full of romance and warmth. In their spare time, they enjoyed the flowers and poems, talked about them, and sometimes played some mental games. 

While having fragrant tea, they casually gave an allusion, guessing which book it came from, which volume, which page, which line. The one who guessed correctly would drink the tea, and the one who did not would not be allowed to drink it. When Zhao Mingcheng drew out the book to check, Li Qingzhao usually was full of confidence and raised the cup in hand, laughing so much that tea spilled out of the cup. The two were so happy and harmonious that they were described by later generations as a couple who were "as harmonious as a lute and a psaltery playing together."

The Chinese idiom of "as harmonious as a lute and a psaltery playing together" refers to a couple in love and harmony. The earliest reference is in the poem "Xiao Ya ·Tang Di": "A wife is in so great harmony with her husband that the couple are as harmonious as a lute and a psaltery playing together."
