On 27 February 2025, the Singapore Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China (SingCham) proudly participated in the 5th Professional Accountancy (PA) Hub Meeting held at ISCA House. This dynamic gathering of trade associations, professional bodies, and business chambers provided an excellent platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration.

提升公司治理：中国新加坡商会上海与ISCA合作推出董事会大师班课程

In line with our commitment to continuous professional development, our SingCham Shanghai chapter has partnered with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) to offer the newly launched Board of Directors (BOD) Masterclass Programme, starting from May 2024. This training programme is prescribed by the Singapore Exchange (SGX) and aims to enhance corporate governance standards among directors.

为了持续推进专业发展，中国新加坡商会上海与新加坡特许会计师协会（ISCA）合作，于2024年5月起推出全新的董事会大师班课程。该培训课程由新加坡交易所（SGX）指定，旨在提高董事的公司治理标准。

Programme Highlights:

Essentials of a BOD: Understanding the critical roles and responsibilities of board members.

Programme Coverage: Comprehensive modules covering governance, risk management, financial reporting, and strategic decision-making.
