总台央视记者：据报道，27日，针对泰国向中方遣返40名中国公民，美国、英国、德国、欧盟等发表声明谴责泰遣返行为，呼吁中方保障人权。中方对此有何评论？

CCTV: According to reports, in response to the repatriation of 40 Chinese nationals to China from Thailand on February 27, the U.S., U.K., Germany and the European Union, among others, issued statements, in which they condemned Thailand’s repatriation and called on China to protect human rights. Do you have any comment?

林剑：中方坚决反对打着人权等幌子以所谓涉疆问题干涉中国内政、干扰中国和有关国家之间正常执法合作。我想强调的是，此次遣返行动依据中泰两国法律、国际法和国际惯例进行。中国是法治国家，在司法领域人权保护方面有完善的法律法规和工作机制，成就有目共睹。包括新疆维吾尔族在内的各族人民享有充分的经济、社会、文化和公民权利及政治权利。

Lin Jian: China firmly opposes using so-called Xinjiang-related issues to interfere in China’s internal affairs and disrupt normal law enforcement cooperation between China and relevant countries under the pretext of human rights. Let me stress that the repatriation is carried out in accordance with the laws of China and Thailand as well as international law and common practices. China upholds the rule of law and has well-developed laws and regulations and working mechanisms in human rights protection in the judicial area. The achievements are there for all to see. People of all ethnic groups in China, including the Uyghurs in Xinjiang, fully enjoy economic, social, cultural, civil and political rights.

一些国家和国际组织罔顾事实，毫无根据地对中泰两国打击偷渡等跨境违法犯罪的正常执法合作横加指责，甚至编造涉疆谎言，将这一问题政治化。

Certain countries and international organizations, in disregard of facts, have made unfounded accusations against the normal law enforcement cooperation between China and Thailand on combating smuggling and other cross-border illegal and criminal activities, even fabricated false narratives related to Xinjiang, and politicized this issue. 

非法移民和偷渡活动是公认的违法犯罪行为，严重破坏正常出入境秩序。中方将继续与有关国家加强国际执法合作，共同应对偷渡等跨境违法犯罪活动带来的挑战，依法保障中外人员安全有序跨境流动，切实保护出入境人员合法权益。

Illegal migration and smuggling are recognized by all as crimes, which seriously disrupt the normal cross-border order. China will continue to strengthen international law enforcement cooperation with relevant countries to jointly address the challenge of smuggling and other cross-border crimes, guarantee the safe and orderly flow of Chinese and foreign nationals in accordance with the law, and protect the lawful rights and interests of inbound and outbound travelers.

林剑：我们注意到相关报道。中方一贯支持土耳其相关方面寻求通过政治方式解决分歧。

Lin Jian: We noted the reports. China supports relevant sides of Türkiye in settling differences through political means.

法新社记者：美国总统特朗普昨日称，将于下周对中国输美商品再加征10％的关税。外交部对此有何评论？

AFP: U.S. President Donald Trump said yesterday that he would impose an additional 10 percent tariff on Chinese imports next week. Does the Foreign Ministry have a comment on this?

林剑：美方再次以芬太尼问题为借口，威胁对中国输美产品加征关税，中方对此强烈不满，坚决反对，将采取一切必要措施坚定维护自身正当利益。

Lin Jian: The U.S. once again uses the fentanyl issue as a pretext to threaten China with additional tariffs on its exports to the U.S. China firmly deplores and strongly opposes this move, and will take what is necessary to resolutely defend its legitimate interests.

中方反复声明，贸易战、关税战没有赢家。美方单方面加征关税严重违反世贸组织规则，损害两国和全球利益。中国是世界上禁毒政策最严格、执行最彻底的国家之一。芬太尼是美国的问题。本着人道主义精神，中国为美国应对芬太尼问题提供了支持。应美方请求，中方于2019年宣布正式整类列管芬太尼类物质，是全球第一个正式整类列管芬太尼类物质的国家。中方同美方开展了广泛、深入的禁毒合作并取得显著成效，这是有目共睹的，美国各界人士多次对中方表示感谢。美方借芬太尼问题，执意搞关税施压讹诈，一意孤行，恩将仇报，不可能解决自身关切，只会适得其反，对双方在禁毒领域的对话与合作造成严重冲击。

China makes it clear more than once that trade and tariff wars have no winners. The unilateral tariff hikes by the U.S. severely violate the WTO rules, and harm the interests of both countries and the world. China is one of the world’s strictest countries on counternarcotics both in terms of policy and its implementation. The fentanyl issue is the U.S.’s own problem. China has given support to the U.S.’s response to the fentanyl issue in the spirit of humanity. At the U.S.’s request, China announced back in 2019 the decision to officially schedule fentanyl-related substances as a class. We are the first country in the world to do so. China has conducted counternarcotics cooperation with the U.S. side in a broad-based and in-depth way. The remarkable progress is there for all to see. People from various sectors in the U.S. have expressed thanks to China on different occasions. The fentanyl issue is just an excuse the U.S. uses to impose tariffs on, pressure and blackmail China, and they punish us for helping them. This will not solve their concerns. It is only counterproductive and will deal a heavy blow to the dialogue and cooperation with China on counternarcotics.

施压、胁迫和威胁不是同中国打交道的正确方式，相互尊重是基本前提。中方敦促美方纠正错误做法，回到通过平等磋商解决各自关切的正确轨道。

Pressuring, coercion and threat is not the right way to deal with China. Instead, mutual respect is the basic prerequisite. We urge the U.S. to correct its wrongdoing and return to the right track of addressing each other’s concerns through equal-footed consultations.

深圳卫视记者：据报道，26日，美国国会参议院外委会两名议员联合提出一项决议案，称香港国安法和基本法第23条立法剥夺港人基本权利，美企业需重新评估其在港业务。中方对此有何评论？

Shenzhen TV: It’s reported that on February 26, two senators from the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee jointly introduced a resolution, saying that the Hong Kong National Security Law and the Safeguarding National Security Ordinance have stripped away the basic rights of the people in Hong Kong. American companies need to reconsider their business presence in Hong Kong. What’s China’s comment?

林剑：美国国会参议院个别议员攻击抹黑香港特区立法，诋毁香港人权法治，粗暴干涉香港事务，中方对此坚决反对。

Lin Jian: Individual U.S. senators have attacked and smeared the legislation of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, made baseless allegations against Hong Kong’s human rights conditions and the rule of law, and grossly interfered in Hong Kong affairs. China opposes this.

香港特区坚定落实香港国安法和香港国安条例，依法打击危害国家安全的犯罪行为，天经地义、不容置疑。香港国安法和香港国安条例的制定实施，切实维护了香港居民依法享有的各项权利与自由，有力保障了香港繁荣稳定，更好保护了外国投资者在港合法权益。香港美国商会近日发布《2025年香港商业信心调查报告》，显示受访在港美企更客观看待香港国安法律，对香港营商环境更有信心。这是在港美企对香港发展前景投下的信任票。实践证明，有“一国两制”保驾护航，有国家鼎力支持和各界共同努力，香港一定能够保持长期繁荣稳定。

It’s fully justified and beyond any doubt that the HKSAR government firmly implements the Hong Kong National Security Law and the Safeguarding National Security Ordinance to lawfully crack down on the crimes that endanger national security. The implementation of the laws safeguards Hong Kong residents’ various rights and freedoms entitled in the law, provides solid underpinning for Hong Kong’s prosperity and stability, and better protects the lawful rights and interests of foreign investors in Hong Kong. The 2025 Business Sentiment Survey Findings Report recently released by the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong shows that American companies in Hong Kong view the national security laws in a more objective way, and are more confident in the business environment there. This is a vote of confidence from the American businesses there for Hong Kong’s development outlook. Facts prove that with the safeguards of One Country, Two Systems, the strong support of the nation, and concerted efforts of all sectors, Hong Kong will maintain lasting prosperity and stability.

我要强调，美国自己出台了大量维护国家安全的法律，却对香港国安法和香港国安条例泼脏水、贴标签，是赤裸裸的政治操弄和虚伪双标。我们敦促美国个别议员尊重中国主权，恪守国际法原则和国际关系基本准则，立即停止插手香港事务、停止干涉中国内政。

Let me stress that the US has churned out laws for national security, but kept slinging mud on and labeling the Hong Kong National Security Law and the Safeguarding National Security Ordinance. This is an out-and-out political manipulation, hypocrisy and double standard. We urge certain U.S. congressmen to respect China’s sovereignty, abide by the principles of international law and the basic principles of international relations, immediately stop meddling in Hong Kong affairs, and stop interfering in China’s internal affairs.

AFP: Russian news agencies have reported that Russia’s former defense chief Sergei Shoigu, who is now Secretary of the Security Council, arrived in Beijing today. It is reported that he’s going to meet with Chinese leader and Foreign Minister. Can the Foreign Ministry confirm this and provide any more details?

Lin Jian: As comprehensive strategic partners of coordination in the new era, China and Russia have maintained close high-level exchanges. As for the specific question you asked, I have no information to share for the time being.

东方卫视记者：据报道，日前韩国领导人在宪法法院弹劾案庭审辩论中再次提及涉华问题，声称中国公民的无人机威胁韩国安全、韩核心技术和军工机密外泄流向中国等。中方对此有何评论？

Dragon TV: It’s reported that the ROK leader once again mentioned China-related issues in his statement at the impeachment trial held by the Constitutional Court. He cited the threats to national security posed by drones flown by Chinese nationals, and core national technologies and defense industry secrets being leaked to China. What’s China’s comment?

林剑：去年底紧急戒严事态发生之初，韩方就曾发表类似言论，中方已表明严正立场。中方一贯奉行不干涉别国内政原则，相信韩国人民有智慧有能力处理好国内问题。我们对韩方个别势力和人员出于政治私利，持续恶意关联炒作涉华问题表示强烈不满和坚决反对。

Lin Jian: Days after the martial law was imposed at the end of last year, the ROK side made similar remarks and China has made clear its solemn position. China is committed to the principle of non-interference in others’ internal affairs, and believes that the ROK people have the wisdom and capability to handle their domestic issues. We strongly deplore and firmly oppose certain forces and personnel in the ROK creating ill-intentioned association on and propagating China-related issues for political gains.

向邻居泼脏水解决不了自身问题。我们注意到，近期韩国外交部、韩中议员联盟均公开表示重视发展中韩关系，部分韩国媒体和有识之士对韩个别势力政治操弄恶化两国民意基础的现象表示担忧。

Throwing mud at one’s neighbor will not solve one’s own problem. We noted that recently, the ROK Foreign Ministry and the ROK-China Parliamentarians’ Union have publicly underlined the importance they attach to China-ROK relations, and some media outlets and visionary people in the ROK have expressed concerns over the political manipulation by certain forces in the ROK, which undermines the public foundation of the two countries.

中韩关系健康稳定发展符合两国共同利益。我们再次敦促韩方有关人员停止捏造炒作涉华虚假叙事，停止对华抹黑攻击，停止对涉华议题的政治利用，避免干扰和影响两国关系。

The sound and steady development of China-ROK relations serves the common interests of the two countries. We once again urge relevant individuals in the ROK to stop fabricating and peddling false narratives about China, stop vilifying and attacking China, stop using China-related issues for political agenda, and avoid disrupting and undermining the bilateral relations.

《华尔街日报》记者：美国国务卿鲁比奥本周早些时候接受采访谈及芬太尼问题，称中方可能是故意让芬太尼类物质涌入美国。中方对此有何评论？美国国务卿发表上述言论将对中美相关合作造成什么影响？

The Wall Street Journal: Just like to ask about some comments that Secretary of State Marco Rubio made earlier this week in an interview related to the fentanyl issue. He said that he believed it was possible that China was deliberately seeking to “flood” the United States with fentanyl. Do you have any comment? What does that mean in your view for U.S.-China fentanyl cooperation going forward during this administration?

林剑：中方注意到有关报道。相关访谈言论充斥着冷战思维，宣扬遏制打压、甩锅推责那一套，严重损害中方利益，我们对此表示强烈不满和坚决反对。

Lin Jian: We noted relevant reports. What he said during the interviews is full of the Cold War mentality and preaches containment, suppression and blame shifting, which seriously undermines China’s interests. We strongly deplore and firmly oppose that.

关于芬太尼问题，我刚才已经介绍了中方的严正立场。我愿重申，芬太尼是美国的问题。本着人道主义精神，中国为美国应对芬太尼问题提供了支持，同美方开展了广泛、深入的禁毒合作并取得显著成效，美国各界人士多次对中方表示感谢。如果美方继续借芬太尼问题，搞施压讹诈、胁迫威胁那一套，只会适得其反，对双方在禁毒领域的对话与合作造成冲击。

On the issue of fentanyl, I just stated China’s solemn position. Let me reiterate that fentanyl is a problem for the U.S. China has given support to the U.S.’s response to the fentanyl issue in the spirit of humanity, and conducted counternarcotics cooperation with the U.S. side in a broad-based and in-depth way, which produced remarkable results. People from various sectors in the U.S. have expressed their appreciation to China for this on many occasions. If the U.S. continues to use the fentanyl issue to pressure, blackmail, coerce and threaten China, it will only be counterproductive and deal a blow to the dialogue and cooperation between China and the U.S. in the field of drug control.

我们愿本着相互尊重、和平共处、合作共赢的原则，同美方一道推动中美关系稳定、健康、可持续发展。同时，中方将继续采取措施，坚定维护自身主权、安全、发展利益。希望美方认真落实两国元首通话达成的重要共识，同中方相向而行。

We stand ready to work with the U.S. to promote the steady, sound and sustainable development of China-U.S. relations based on the principles of mutual respect, peaceful coexistence and win-win cooperation. Reuters: Another question about what U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said as well. This is in regards to Thailand returning 40 Uyghurs to China. Our question is, in his comment, he said China’s treatment of the ethnic group amounts to “genocide and crimes against humanity.” How does China respond to that? Australia also said it strongly disagrees with that repatriation and has raised concerns with China on this. Does China have specifically any response to Australia?

林剑：我刚才已经阐明了中方的严正立场。至于你提到的美国有关政客的言论，中方已经多次指出所谓“种族灭绝”等言论完全是世纪谎言。新疆经济发展、社会稳定、民族和睦、民生改善的大好局面，事实清楚，有目共睹，不容抹杀。一些国家和个别政客编造散布涉疆谎言，目的就是要搞乱新疆。中方坚决反对打着人权等幌子干涉中国内政，反对借涉疆问题干扰国家间正常执法合作。有关政客应停止炮制、散布涉疆谎言谬论。

Lin Jian: I shared China’s serious position just now. With regard to the remarks of relevant U.S. politician, let me point out that the allegations, including the so-called genocide, is a sheer lie of the century. Xinjiang enjoys economic growth, social stability and harmony among all ethnic groups, and people there live a better life. The facts are clear for all to see and no one can ignore that. Certain countries and individual politicians have fabricated and spread lies to destabilize Xinjiang. China firmly opposes interfering in China’s internal affairs under the pretext of human rights, and disrupting normal law enforcement cooperation between countries in the name of Xinjiang-related issues. Relevant politicians need to stop concocting and peddling these false accusations against Xinjiang.
