The 30th Anniversary Achievement Exhibition Of "3820" Strategic Project Triggered A Heated Discussion Among Overseas Chinese In Fuzhou

On November 22, the cadres and masses from all walks of life in Fuzhou walked into the exhibition hall of the 30th anniversary of the implementation of the "3820" strategic project, feeling the great power of thought and drawing on the strength to forge ahead.

Walking into the exhibition hall, they can see historical pictures, detailed text data and vivid audio-visual materials displaying the extraordinary course of Fuzhou's development in the past 30 years since the implementation of the "3820" strategic project, which made the cadres and masses feel excited.

Fuzhou is a famous hometown of overseas Chinese, with more than 4 million overseas Chinese all over the world. As early as 1992, General Secretary Xi Jinping initiated the idea of "attracting overseas Chinese, Taiwanese and foreigners by overseas Chinese" to attract investment. In the past 30 years, Fuzhou has achieved fruitful results in attracting overseas Chinese, which accounts for more than 70% of the total foreign investment. There are more than 2,000 overseas Chinese-funded enterprises in Fuzhou.
