The “Double Countries, Twin Parks” Food Industrial Park Officially Entered The Stage of Pile Foundation Construction

The construction of the project has been accelerated. With the close cooperation of all the participating units, with the landing of the first pile foundation on site, the “Double Countries, Twin Parks” food industrial park project officially entered the construction stage.

Since the China-Indonesian Economic and Trade Innovation and Development Demonstration Park was approved by the State Council, the area has actively promoted the project construction according to the idea of “planning leading, phased development, industry first and supporting”.

The second phase of the “Double Countries, Twin Parks” food industrial park project has a total investment of RMB 2.57 billion, with an annual planned investment of RMB 350 million, including 18 sub-projects, such as resettlement houses, food industrial parks, supporting roads and landscape improvement. After the completion of the project, it will strongly promote the agglomeration and development of China-Indonesia food industry, coordinate innovation, and accelerate the creation of a new flagship project to jointly build the Belt and Road.

Among them, the “Double Countries, Twin Parks” food industrial park project covers an area of 45,390 square meters, with a total construction area of 75,920.99 square meters, mainly including 14 multi-storey factories and 1 living service facility. The project is a new type of industrial park with food industry as the main part. After completion, it can enhance the overall carrying capacity of the park, attract more high-quality enterprises to settle in the industrial park, promote the agglomeration, innovation, sustainable development and efficient operation of the food industry, realize the effective allocation of resources, and build nests to attract phoenix to promote the coordinated development of enterprises in the park.
