Fuqing Electricity Consumption Exceeded “Double Billion” For the First Time

As of December 25, the total electricity consumption of Fuqing society reached 13.53 billion kWh, and the industrial electricity consumption reached 10.002 billion kWh, up by 18.63% and 26.52% respectively, which exceeded “double billion” for the first time.

Since the beginning of this year, Fuqing’s manufacturing industry has maintained a high growth rate. Among the 31 manufacturing industries, 16 industries have achieved double-digit growth. From January to November, Fuqing completed a total industrial output value of RMB 236.39 billion, an increase of 10.4%; The industrial added value ratio increased by 12.3%; Accumulated industrial investment was RMB 31.32 billion, ranking first in counties (cities) of Fuzhou. At the same time, with the improvement of residents’ living standards, the growth of domestic electricity demand has also become an important factor to promote the increase of electricity consumption.
